Criteria:

  • Must be a resident of Ohio
  • Parents of applicant (or applicant) must be Farm Bureau members for three years prior to application or applicant must have attended a summer Farm Bureau youth conference or have been an active member in a Farm Bureau youth council
  • Applicant must be enrolled in one of the following courses of study:
    · An accredited high school program, with personal plans to pursue a degree as a full time student in an accredited two-year technical
    school or four–year college or university program.
    · A course of study leading to completion in an accredited GED program, with personal plans to pursue a degree as a full time student in an accredited two-year technical school or four–year college or university program.
    · An accredited two-year technical school.
    · An accredited four-year college or university program.
    · An accredited graduate program.

Number Awarded: 1 minimum
Renewable: Applicant/Scholarship Recipient may reapply annually

All applications must be typed; Application includes a copy of your transcript, three letters of reference (one should be a Farm Bureau reference), an essay(500 words or less), and a wallet size photo; All applications and required supplemental materials may be sent directly to the Foundation via e-mail at foundation@ofbf.org, or be sent hard copy via U.S. Mail, postmarked by the deadline and delivered to:
