- Graduating senior from Crawford County or Wyandot County
- Is a 4-H member and has shown goats in 4-H for at least three years
- Judging is based on: participation in agricultural-based activities(25%), academic performance(20%), school activities and community service(20%), essay questions(15%), character and work history(20%)
Deadline: July 1, 2010 for Crawford County students and August 15, 2010 for Wyandot County students
Amount: $1,500 for college education or technical training
Number Awarded: 2; One student from Crawford County and one student from Wyandot County
