- Must be admitted to Ohio State Marion by February 15, 2012
- Graduating in the top 10% of your class or have an ACT composite minimum score of 27
- Planning to major in Elementary Education, English, History, General Business Management or Psychology at OSU - Marion
- Must file a FAFSA
Amount: Full-tuition plus a generous book allowance

Renewable: Yes (provided the student maintains full-time enrollment at the Marion campus and a 3.5 minimum cumulative GPA)
