- Parent(s) must live in Mid-Ohio Energy’s service territory and receive electricity from the cooperative
- Judged based on scholastic record, personal achievement, personal interview and cooperative knowledge
Amount: Varies; $400 – $750 al local level; $1200 – $2,755 at state level
