- Seeking a degree in a 2-yr or 4-yr college with accredited graphic arts program
- Interested in a graphic communications career. Preference will be given to those desiring to fulfill their career in the state of Ohio or in northern Kentucky following graduation
- Ohio or northern Kentucky high school senior or graduate, or a college freshman, sophomore, or junior enrolled in a 2-yr or 4-yr college with an accredited graphic communications program, or be a professional working in an Ohio or northern Kentucky company in the graphics communications industry, seeking to increase their industry knowledge
- Legal resident of Ohio or the counties of Boone, Campbell or Kenton in northern Kentucky
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA or GED equivalent
