- Must be enrolled in an state-accredited private or public high school, in good standing in grade 12, and who participates in a high school sport or club sport during the 2009-2010 school year
- Must be a legal resident of the United States
- Enrolling as a full time student in a state accredited college or university for 2010 Fall semester(trade and vocational colleges are not eligible.)
- Judging based on athletic excellence(35%), academic achievement(35%), leadership(15%), citizenship/community service(10%), milk experience essay(5%)
Amount: $7, 500; Trip to Awards Weekend in Orlando, Florida and a chance to star in a milk mustache ad
