- Must be in your final year of high school/secondary school
- Must be a dependent child(biological, step, or legally adopted) of regular full time, retired or deceased employees of Timken Company who have a minimum of three years employment with the company as of the application deadline
- Must enroll in full time undergraduate study at an accredited 4-yr college for the entire 2010-2011 academic year with the intent of earning a bachelor's degree
- Children of officers or Members of the Board of Directors of Timken Company or the Timken Educational FundInc. are not eligible
