- Bucyrus High School senior
- Enrolling full time in a college, university, or trade/technical school
- Scholarship Committee will consider each applicant's citizenship qualities and activities, financial need and character in its decision
- Consideration given for participating in the Americanism and Government Test Program, interviewing for Boys/Girls State, and/or attending Buckeye Boys/Girls State. (This participation is not mandatory but may and will be used to consider when applicants are close in all of their other qualifications.)
- Minimum 2.5 GPA recommended
