Criteria:

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• High school senior during the 2011-2012 school year
• Demonstrate outstanding and innovative leadership efforts with a school, group or club, informal network or oganization
• Demonstrate outstanding citizenship through service and participation in community activities
• Must be a resident of a township in Ohio
• Plan to attend an accredited 2-yr or 4-yr Ohio college or university in the fall; the college or university must be a public or private institution from which you can receive an associate or bachelor's degree
• Students may also apply for the Academic Achievement scholarship, but may only receive one scholarship given by the Ohio Township Association

Details:
Completed application must be received no later than Friday, Jan. 27, 2012. Application includes 2 letters of recommendations, copy of high school transcript, college admission test scores information, and a 500 word essay. Finalists will be asked to participate in an interview. Mail completed application to the following address:
